The Real World

My capstone was going to involve implementation of the course I created in Moodle. As it turns out, other parties have gotten involved (agreed to foot the bill for the implementation) and, therefore, Sakai CMS is now being considered as well as Moodle.

Surprisingly, this did not cause any additional stress when I heard this. It's more like a real world situation with this occurring. Businesses do not normally immediately select the first option/product that is presented to them. A review and selection process of several products usually occurs, in which the usability, cost, and functionality of the various products are compared. So, this is just more realistic to have to consider two CMS/LMS products. I like that.
